Human sessions are typically between 10 and 30 minutes. They are usually shorter than a horse's session because people know where their pain is and what areas they want to treat. Depending on the kind of issues you are having, you could feel better in one treatment or need multiple treatments to address the issue. Each person is unique in what works for them and what intensity they can comfortably handle.
